The Dare Coalition Against Substance Abuse (Dare CASA) encourages locals and visitors to attend and participate in the Coalition’s May Monthly Public Meeting on Friday, May 4, at 11:00 a.m. in the Kill Devil Hills Town Hall Meeting Room.

Prescription drugs are now the most commonly abused drugs among 12-13 year old children.

Dare CASA’s public meeting will address this alarming issue affecting our community. Major Norman Johnson of Dare County Sheriff’s Office and Amber Bodner of Dare CASA will present information gained at the National Prescription Drug Summit in Florida and guide an interactive discussion on how our community can better address this complex problem. Please join us and be part of the solution.
