Come join us for our GRAND opening and Ribbon Cutting of Island Snowball Co., the Outer Banks FIRST ultimate Snowball Experience. Samples for everyone after the ceremony!! Over 45 delicious, moutwatering flavor choices poured over finely shaved ice set in a Tiki Hut/Hawaiian Island themed take out restaurant. Fun toppings to choose from. Interactive environment for Children of all ages. A MUST HAVE on your Outer Banks Vacation! We will be showcasing art from local artists as well. Soft opening starting April 21st!!!
