Battle of the Bands

Dare County Youth Council's 7th Annual "Battle of the Bands" event will be held at the First Flight Football field in Kill Devil Hills on Friday, May 18th from 6:30-9:30 pm.

The Dare County Youth Council, 4-H and Parks & Recreation is once again hosting "Battle of the Bands" featuring local high school bands at the First Flight High School stadium on Friday evening, May 18th. Admission is $5 per person. The gate opens at 6:00 pm with the event running until 9:30 pm. $2 of each admission will be awarded to the winning band as a cash prize! Pizza, drinks and t-shirts will be available for purchase and a 50/50 raffle will be held.

The bands are scheduled to start performing at 6:30 pm. Attendees will sign themselves in at the gate and will not be permitted to re-enter after the initial entry. Adult volunteers will chaperone. The Winning band is determined by the audience, come support your favorite band!!
