Outer Banks Sandsculpture Festival - A professional sandsculpture company will be on hand to sculpture a huge sand creation. Kitty Hawk Sports, Peace Frogs, Panama Jack Suncreen, OBX, and Outer Banks Hospital are sponsors. There will be fun events, raffles, and entertainment all day long at Kitty Hawk Sports at Jockey's Ridge Crossing shopping center across from Jockey's Ridge MP 12 1/2 in Nags Head, 252-441-6800.
