Wright Brother’s Memorial (mp 8), Kill Devil Hills, presented by Kitty Hawk Kites. This festival is enjoyed by all ages with a spectacular kite show put on by Larger than Life Kites and members of Wings Over Washington. Come see a large sea animal kites and our deltas and parafoils dance in the air during this jaw dropping event. There will also be stunt kite demos, games, kids kite making and contests.
