The 13th Annual Kitty Hawk Kites Ocean Games and Surf Kayak Competition – Ramada Plaza (mile post 9.5), Kill Devil Hills. This is some of the most fun you can have at the beach! Spectators can enjoy a surf kayak competition, catching the beginning and end of a 3 mile kayak race, and participate in sandcastle competition. There will be kite and toy demonstrations, and trial runs in the newest kayaks and paddleboards offered! Anyone can try out our kayaks and paddleboards for free at this great event!
