5:30 p.m. Community Glow Walk. Let's Get Moving! Meet by the Outer Banks Hospital's Health Coach for a one mile community walk. Led by Samantha Lock of Go Far with safety assistance from the Nags Head Fire & Police Departments as well as Chamber volunteers.

Nurse Navigators & Hands of Hope - Contact: Marie Nielson. Hands of Hope is a community initiative that arose form a desire to ensure that no one walks the cancer journey alone. Hands of Hope, through it Volunteer Coordinator housed in the Cancer Resource Center, connects volunteers who assist with chores, errands, respite, pet care and social outings. Nurse Navigators can also assist patients and their families with both medical and personal support through the cancer journey.
