Signature Touch is a privately-owned full-service property management company on the Outer Banks. We are seeking a team member with accounting background, with good communication and strong customer service skills.
Associate degree in accounting or related fields. Three or more years’ experience in business accounting.
Proficient in MS Office, Desktop QuickBooks Premier 2018
Perform accounting services and administrative support for Signature Touch clients. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, analyze packages for accuracy.
Maintain general ledger accounts, monthly journal entries and updating supporting schedules.
Review monthly invoices for coding, approvals and processing payments including deposits.
Reconcile monthly bank accounts.
Maintain current receivables to include review of monthly collections.
Prepare and ensure timely and accurate special operating and reserve assessment invoicing.
Assist in preparation and review of annual budgets.
Support annual financial statement audits, preparations for tax returns for outside CPA firms.
Assist in 1099 preparations.
Support routine administrative needs of the office including ensure timely response and resolution of daily homeowner inquiries.
Detail-oriented, yet flexible, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
