BANQUET SET-UP - SEASONAL

Ensures that Banquet Guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service and product to exceed Guest expectations. Banquet Set-up is responsible for the set-up, refresh, tear down and maintenance of all banquet space. Ensures that events are set-up and broken down efficiently, effectively, and timely. Responds to questions, and resolves problems. Reads BEO's and understands the set-up and menu of assigned function; ensures that all set-up duties are completed according to banquet standards and ready 30 minutes prior to event start time, including coffee breaks and other food and beverage handled by Banquet Set-up; lifts, transports, and sets up tables, chairs, and other equipment. Frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; excellent oral communication and customer service skills; positive interpersonal skills; standing and/or walking for long periods of time; work a varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours.
Shared housing based on availability, two people to a room. Home completely furnished/all appliances including W/D, utilities including internet included in rent.
