Ensures that guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service and product to exceed guest expectations. Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and service staff in a friendly and efficient manner. In addition to Bartending, Serving shifts may be required.  Previous food and beverage experience; frequently lift/carry 25 lbs., occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; standing and/or walking for long periods of time; experience with Aloha or other POS system; work a varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours.
