- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance customer experience
- Support sales initiatives by assisting with onboarding new clients and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored client communications and promotional strategies
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in client service roles within on office environment
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Experience supporting sales efforts through client engagement and relationship nurturing
- A genuine interest in social media engagement
- Experience in calendar management, managing appointments for multiple locations and multiple attorneys.
