Job Location: Kitty Hawk
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to prioritze the daily worklo9ad and make pro-active decisions. Good organizational skills are a must as well as being proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. An understanding of Microsoft Publisher would be helpful but not required. A willingness to learn new software processes is necessary to function proficiently on a daily basis. Good written and verbal communication skills are required for interacting wth various members of the public. Weekend work is required from May through September.
Duties Include but not limited to: Hiring and training Housekeepers and Inspectors for Weekly Vacation Rental Properties, preparing a weekly schedule and checking for accuracy, ensure that the minimum required amount of Housekeeping & Inspection supplies are maintained, review and process weekly Post Housekeeping and Post Inspection Reports as necessary. This position functions in a fast paced environment with a concurrent task load.
This is a full time year round position with benefits after a 90 days.
