Inbound Marketing Strategist
Village Realty is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team and assist the marketing operations for our growing hospitality portfolio. The Inbound Marketing Strategist reports to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of Email Marketing, SEO, and PPC.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Email Marketing
• Responsible for creating captivating email marketing campaigns to promote Village Realty’s family of brands to new and existing customers.
• Create highly successful automated emails to re-engage our existing guests.
• Maintain brand voice, visuals, and themes throughout campaigns.
• Use exceptional writing skills and proofread for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
• Develop, implement, and test personalization strategies.
• Ensure messages are optimized for popular email clients/devices and adhere to the latest technological requirements.
• Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation/conversion strategies.
• Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
• Maintain, manage, and distribute regular performance reports.
• Use marketing analysis, exports, and reports to create campaigns.
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of databases.
• Maintain emphasis on A/B testing for continual improvement.

SEO & PPC Management
• Oversee, maintain, and continually optimize pay-per-click marketing for our portfolio of brands.
• Maintain best practices as outlined by providers like Google and Bing.
• Continually test and optimize ads to increase ROI.
• Investigate and develop high-performing bidding, placement, and copywriting strategies.
• Maintain, manage, and distribute regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager for multi-channel marketing initiatives and continual improvement.
• Work with the Director of Marketing, VP of Enterprise Systems Innovation, and Social Media Manager to develop successful strategies for website content and SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager to manage and optimize local business listings/citations.
• Produce regular blog content and webpage updates.
• Regularly conduct backlink analysis and link management.
• Submit new content to search engines for indexing.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to maintain and enhance first-page visibility.
• Collaborate with internal and external web development teams.
• Continually investigate, prepare, and optimize our websites for new products, offerings, technology, and ranking factors of search engines.

Minimum Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing role.
• 3+ years managing email campaigns, SEO, and PPC with a proven track record of improving performance metrics and ROI.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
• Creativity, ability to collaborate, and willingness to experiment.
• Experienced with Email Template Editors, Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the vacation rental/hospitality/tourism industry.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics.
• Experience with NAVIS or Track CRM/PMS.
• HTML/CSS Knowledge.
