Office Administrator/Support Staff
Job Location: Kitty Hawk
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and assisting team members with various administrative tasks.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients and firm.
- Bookkeeping and payroll services for various clients.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Ability to be organized, work efficiently and be a team player.
- Personal characteristics of honesty, integrity, and dedication to customer service.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
