Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients and firm.
  • Bookkeeping and payroll services for various clients.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

 Requirements:

  • Ability to be organized, work efficiently and be a team player.  
  • Personal characteristics of honesty, integrity, and dedication to customer service. 
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
