RESTAURANT MANAGER - SEASONAL
Job Location: Duck
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lifesaving Station restaurant and all affiliated services (including Beach House Bar, Sandbar, No. 5 Bar, and Delivery Service) to ensure they operate efficiently and provide memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations while meeting/exceeding restaurant financial goals. Develops and grows the service staff through training, leadership, and guidance to form a highly effective and efficient team. Two years' experience in same/similar role in resort/hotel industry, preferably four star/four diamond; hospitality school degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; hospitality-oriented; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; computer knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, payroll, Aloha, Open Table). Seasonal - through October 31.
