The Chamber of Commerce holds a number of events each year. 

Events Cancellation Policy

We know things happen in your life that mean sometimes you have to cancel. As a general rule, we can accept your cancellation up to 72 hours prior to an event. If your cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to the event, we cannot provide you with a refund and you will be expected to pay for your reservation because we will have already confirmed our numbers and are committed to pay for meals and our venue.

If you are not able to make it to an event and have missed the cancellation period, we encourage you to send someone else. Simply notify the Chamber by calling 252.441.8144
