Assistant Revenue Manager 

The right candidate should be highly analytical, organized with strong attention to detail, have good time managment, and the ability to be self-directed in prioritizing and completing tasks.

 

 Brief Summary of Duties:

  • Analyze booking data to draw insights, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Work with team members and homeowners to identify pricing adjustments and revenue generation opportunities
  • Assist in the generation, distribution, and processing of annual rate addendums
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development to ensure a flawless onboarding of new listings including but not limited to accurate software set up, 3rd party site distribution, coordination and oversight of onboarding tasks performed by others
  • Evaluate performance of existing OTA partnerships, evaluate new OTA channels, and make recommendations
  • Assist in the management and adjustment of individual pricing and strategies for approximately 500 homes 
  • Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our overarching team goals

 

Requirements:

Candidates should be proficient with computers.

Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office experience necessary

Streamline and/or Wheelhouse experience is a plus, but not required. 

NC Real Estate License preferred. We will provide assistance in obtaining NC Real Estate License to the right candidate.

Pay rate commensurate with experience. This position reports to the Revenue Manager.
