About the Role

Seaside Vacations is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help bring our Outer Banks vacation rentals to life across web, email, social media and print. This role blends copywriting and graphic design, with a strong focus on SEO/GEO-optimized content and thoughtful use of AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Write and edit property features, website copy, brochures, mailers and other marketing materials
• Design graphics for email, social media and print using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva
• Build and publish social media event calendars and Pinterest content
• Engage with online communities (Reddit, Facebook groups) with helpful, brand-appropriate content
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and events as needed
• Opportunity to organize and host an Outer Banks-focused podcast

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing, editing and graphic design skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; experience with Canva
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO and AEO principles
• Experience using AI tools to support content production, with sound editorial judgment
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting or design (or equivalent experience)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; hospitality or travel industry experience a plus
