Assistant Facility Rental Coordinator
Job Location: Nags Head
Assists in planning and coordinating a year-round schedule of facility rentals and events. Assists in development and update of rental policies and procedures. Helps to market pier for facility rentals to increase attendance and generate revenue. Additional responsibilities and projects may be assigned by the Facility Rental Coordinator. Reports directly to the Facility Rental Coordinator.
Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate great customer service skills so they can interact positively with the general public, vendors, co-workers, colleagues and volunteers. Abilities should include strong organizational skills, self-motivation and attention to detail. Applicants must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, walk and carry equipment and supplies and maintain a high level of energy throughout an event.
Must meet DNCR Fleet Safety Guidelines and have ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
