Logistics Coordinators work as a liaison between the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Owner Services, Guest Service Departments and KEES homeowners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)

  1. Organize, schedule, assign daily and future work orders, inspections, monthly, and annual services
  2. Assign the Maintenance Technicians tasks for the day. Make changes in the assignments and work orders as needed throughout the day
  3. Communicate with the Maintenance Department and Reservations heavily throughout the day
  4. Make orders for parts needed, as well as search for the parts needed in order to make home repairs.
  5. Find vendors and get multiple estimates
  6. Follow policies and procedures daily
  7. Inventory, track and order warehouse supplies
  8. Perform various duties requested or assigned daily

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires office work.
  2. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Indoors, 95% protected from the weather. Outdoors, 5% unprotected from the weather.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  1. Job Specific: must be familiar with the vacation rental industry
  2. Basic computer skills: basic knowledge of email, word processing, graphics, and spread sheets
  3. Effective communication: can communicate in a timely, effective, and appropriate way in person and through various apps.
  4. Time management: must be able to work in restrictive timelines and execute job roles accurately to avoid rework.
  5. Adaptability-respond quickly to changes in routines and schedules.
  6. Teamwork and collaboration-every employee needs to accommodate the views and opinions of other team members, be teachable, and capable of mentoring coworkers based on strengths.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 18 years of age or older
  2. Highschool diploma or equivalent
  3. 1 year experience in the vacation rental or hotel industry
  4. Work holidays and weekends

HAZARDS:

May include, but not be limited to, slipping, tripping, and other injuries incurred through the performance of physical labor.

PAY:

$18 per hour
