Job Location: Outer Banks Area Wide
FULL TIME MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - This position is an integral part of the service our company offers to both its guests and homeowners. It requires a person with specific skills and abilities that include but are not limited to: Excellent Customer Service by listening, interpreting and communicating both verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy. Basic knowledge and understanding of home repair in order to assist guests and homeowners with maintenance issues. Previous experience with property management software is a plus.
