MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – This position is an integral part of the services our company offers to guests and homeowners. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues, and supporting team coordination to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen, interpret needs, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with guests, homeowners, and team members. Excellent organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.  A solid understanding of home repair is required to assist in troubleshooting and guiding maintenance solutions. The Maintenance Supervisor will work across multiple software platforms, and prior experience with property management software is a plus.  Weekend availability is required for this position.
