Part-Time Maintenance Position - Starting $20 an Hour (Nags Head)

Cove Realty is looking for a part-time maintenance person to join our team. Must-work days are every Wednesday and Thursday with optional Saturday/Sunday during the summer. Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 2-4 day schedule w/ 1-hour break - 8:30 am-5:30 pm
• Active driver’s license (for use of Company Vehicle)
• Ability to handle heavier items like mounting window A/C units, and dollying washers/dryers, stoves, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle work orders

Starting pay is $20 an hour. Vacation day accrual begins immediately. Cove Realty does not offer health insurance, but we do work with Aflac in setting up employee-discounted health plans.
