Operations Manager

We are a growing Landscaping Company specializing in Maintenance of Communities, Parks, and County and State Run Properties.  We are looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Operations Manager to help oversee our day-to-day field operations, maintain strong relationships with our existing costumers, and ensure that every property we maintain consistently meets our standards.

this is a hands on management postion for someone who understands landscaping, notices what needs attention without always being told, communicates well with customers and emplyees, and can organize crews to get things done.

Job Duties:

• Regularly visit and inspect all assigned properties
• Identify landscaping issues maintenace needs, and areas that could be improved
• Create and organize work lists based on property inspections
• Coordinate with crew leaders and crews to make sure the issues are addressed
• follow up to verify all work ahas been completed properly
• Help organzie daily and weekly crew priorites
• monitor equipment status and materials needs and get the materials to the crews to keep them efficient
• identify irrigation issues, plant and turf issues, storm damage and other property needs
